Big news!  I’m very excited to announce that you’ll soon be able to find me in your local comic book store, because I’m co-writing (with Kim Hutchison) a brand new series from publisher Big Dog Ink called Shahrazad!  The preview issue #0 (not written by me) will appear in stores next month, and the regular series will begin in November.

You may know Shahrazad as the legendary Persian queen who told the tales of the 1001 Nights, but we’re going to take this opportunity to tell tales about Shahrazad herself.  I can’t say too much, yet, but this book is going to be a really cool opportunity to play with a lot of different genres and themes, and the mythology we’re building around this character is going to give us a lot of amazing stories to tell.

Plus, we’ve got gorgeous interior art drawn by Mike Krome and colored by Nei Ruffino, so it’s going to look incredible.
